Called in the morning with a hot water system problem, Myles was here in the afternoon (even calling to let me know he would be a bit later the originally expected), assessed the fault, fixed it for us then and there! Polite, professional and did what he said he would when he said he would. So refreshing - as what the hot shower later that evening! Highly recommend - first time we've used Thunder - won't be the last.
