Myles from Thunder Electrical was fantastic. I had a hot water issue at my holiday apartment late on a Friday afternoon, and he knew exactly what the problem was straight away. He provided a quote over the phone and had everything fixed within 1.5 hours of my initial call. Super efficient, reliable, and easy to deal with. Thunder Electrical are amazing at what they do. Easy and convenient to book in jobs with and upfront and fair with their pricing. Work with you to get what you need and don't cut corners. Very good with their communication regarding what needs to happen and what is involved in getting the job done. These guys give tradies a GOOD name!  Brilliant service.  Called in the morning with a hot water system problem, Myles was here in the afternoon (even calling to let me know he would be a bit later the originally expected), assessed the fault, fixed it for us then and there! Polite, professional and did what he said he would when he said he would.  So refreshing - as what the hot shower later that evening!  Highly recommend - first time we've used Thunder - won't be the last.
